"Cigarettes" corkscrew by Carl Martinson.

The motifs for the corkscrews come from Carl's intarsia works, but here they have a chance to live their own lives. The veneers are of curly birch, walnut root, elm root, elm, and bird's-eye maple, all glued to solid walnut and curly birch.
